disappointing experience additional charge
the breakfast on the 33rd floor was acceptable.
The overall check in experience felt far from a 5-star welcome. we were there for our honeymoon, and i had mentioned this during the reservation process, even asking for a room with a nice view if possible. upon arrival, no one acknowledged our honeymoon or my request. It was disappointing. also, accessing the facilities required an additional charge, a practice i have never encountered at a 5-star hotel.

Mixed feelings. Not quite living up to the hype
the location was convenient, close to the subway and with a conbini in the basement.
The hotel charged extra for amenities i expect to be complimentary. The public bath and the gym required a fee.

old carpet language issue
the room seemed pretty dated. the carpet looked old and the furniture was not modern. also, some staff struggled with english. it made simple requests difficult and frustrating

really good breakfast friendly staff spacious room missing bed impossible request uncomfortable sleep
the breakfast was fantastic. there were many options to choose from. staff were friendly and helpful. rooms were clean and spacious.
i booked two rooms, one of these was for three people. we only got two beds. when i asked for a bed, i was told it wasn't possible.

distant subway toilet mold
the breakfast was good with a nice view of the city it was expensive though
the hotel is quite far from the subway it made getting around the city inconvenient the gym is located in the basement it felt miles away from the rooms i found mold hanging from the toilet light
